Unable to find bluetooth in device manager

The phone recognizes the PC as a hands-free device but is unable to pair with it. Okay, so I tried removing and re-inserting the battery and it can turn off Bluetooth now. Web3 Jul 2024 · Start the laptop and press F1 when the Lenovo logo is displayed on the screen, before it boots into the OS. When in BIOS go to Security > I/O Port Access > Bluetooth.
