The projectile motion
Webb10 mars 2024 · The problem is that I need to plot the motion of a projectile with a v0 of 150 and the y0 is eqaul to 150. I am able to plug all the correct information in and get it to plot the top half of the motion (150 up and back down to 150) but it wont plot the motion below 150 back down to 0 and I am wondering how I should get it to where it will. WebbPROJECTILE MOTION. A stone is thrown horizontally at 8 m/s from a cliff 80m high. How far from the base of the cliff will the stone strike the ground? A toy car moves off the edge of a table that is 1 high. If the car lands 0 from the base of the table how long did it take to hit the floor and with what horizontal velocity was it moving? Webb18 juli 2024 · Projectile motion can be called a motion in a plane or a 2D motion. In this motion, we can assume that gravity is the only motion acting on the body or the particle. …
Webb20 feb. 2024 · Figure 1.8. 1: (a) We analyze two-dimensional projectile motion by breaking it into two independent one-dimensional motions along the vertical and horizontal axes. (b) The horizontal motion is simple, because a x = 0 and v x is thus constant. (c) The velocity in the vertical direction begins to decrease as the object rises; at its highest point ...
