WebCascade Animal Protection Society (CAPS) is an all-volunteer, non-profit no kill organization dedicate to saving the lives of homeless, injured, and unwanted animals in the Puget Sound area. The animals we take into our care come from a variety of situations. These animals live in foster homes until a permanent responsible home is found. 2 WebWe are a 501 (c)3 Non-Profit Animal Rescue in Northwest Washington. Our focus is helping animals who need us most, with an emphasis in helping senior pets and animals in need of medical attention. In 2024 we lost our shelter due to a fire and have since transitioned to a foster based rescue. But we have exciting news!
