WebMar 3, 2016 · Created on January 23, 2016 surface screen goes black My surface shuts down when I'm using it. It doesn't shut down the screen just goes black and I can't get it to come back on. I have to shut it down then wait and turn it back on. Thus happens after about 45 min into using it. It is not overheating I don't think. It does not seem hot.
