Disney also sent us messages through the 'my disney experience' app to say if we hadn't checked in, refunds would be automatically done. Stsyforlong eventually admitted they had received the refund and said it would be 6 weeks. WebStayforlong.com is a scam. There was no hotel… after they charged me a few days before our trip they told me the hotel was closed. I then asked for my money back as they were not able to fulfil my booking.. they trailed me along with emails and still have not refunded my money! Don’t trust them!
