Webb14 mars 2014 · I did once observe a male Cooper’s hawk chase a male martin in a twisting flight at low altitudes, catch him and then drop to the ground. I ran toward the hawk and he flew up about five feet and then dropped the martin which fell to the ground. The martin was in deep shock and would not fly when I approached.
