Put the signature files in the same directory where the .cvd files are located. This is typically /usr/local/share/clamav or /var/lib/clamav. ClamAV will load it after the official .cvd files.

WebI created a ticket with QNAP and their response is the issue is on ClamAV side and they (QNAP) cannot do anything but we (users) have to wait for ClamAV to fix/resolve the issue or manually download the virus definition updates.
