WebI have both Vallejo airbrush cleaner and Tamiya's Tamiya just completely obliterates any trace of its acrylic paints. Vallejo looks like something you might want to keep small pieces submerge in the cleaner for a few hours to see the effects. Maybe because Vallejo's is meant to clean its own paints. I would not know.

If you wanted to make homemade, get some lacquer thinner in the huge can at Home Depot and tinker with it by adding retarder etc, make sure the retarder is for lacquer or acrylic.
